Is this spying on my team?
It's the opposite of a gotcha. The Reveal scores behaviors, not people — what was said, offered, and followed up on. Most teams were never shown what a great consultation actually sounds like. Owners use the report as the clearest, kindest training tool their team has ever been given: specific, factual, and about the work.
What if our consultations are actually good?
Great consultations have room. Struggling consultations have more. Either way, you finally know — what to protect, what to replicate across providers, and what to fix. Validation is worth as much as diagnosis when you're training a team.
Will my team know?
No. The shop is a normal virtual consultation request, handled respectfully — no traps, no trick questions. That's the point: you see what a real prospective patient experiences on an ordinary day, not a performance.
Is recording allowed?
